Default Clouds

The weather this summer has been all over the place. There are reports that we even received the first snow of the season last week.
The thunderstorms began in the middle of May, and don't seem to be stopping anytime soon. We've had plenty of nice days throughout the summer, but there's no way to predict when and where that will happen.

So this may not be the best year for alpine climbing. But if you're gonna try, you might as well bring your camera along and take advantage of this anomaly.

What's that old saying? “When life gives you lemons, you make lemonade”?
Yeah, that's the one.
The never ending clouds have presented us with many photo opportunities this year. Usually there's two weeks of thunderstorms, and then we won't see another cloud until October.
This year, the storminess has continued, and I've been able to get some East Side shots without that same-old boring blue sky we have grown accustomed to. So here it is.....

East Side summer with clouds – Part 1
